Pictured below is another client that Roth & Weinstein, LLC has helped with the complex process of consular processing. We helped our client with a waiver of inadmissibility as well as the consular process which enabled him to become a permanent resident!
Our client Miguel, featured below with his family and our staff member Lucy, was able to successfully complete the difficult consular process and become a resident, with help from our firm. We are always happy to serve our clients, especially with the most complex parts of immigration law. Traditionally the consular process involves three separate steps. The first being a petition from a relative to provide the intending immigrant with the benefit of a visa. The second usually an application to waive issues that may keep an immigrant from coming to the United States. The third part is dealing with the consulate to help the immigrant obtain the final visa and come into the United States to becomea resident.
The big wins are always awesome, but the small successes matter as well, and drive us to help our clients every day. For example, Jose pictured below recently received his residency, thanks to the hard work of our attorneys and staff. We are happy that we could help him navigate the complex immigration process to achieve his goals!
